Safe Hands Counselling are delighted to offer a confidential counselling support service to Venues of Excellence members. With a background in the hospitality sector, we passionately believe your mental health is as important as your physical health. You may be experiencing personal or workplace related anxiety, stress, relationship, or self-esteem issues, or navigating a recent bereavement, we are here to help you.
Counselling offers a confidential, non-judgemental, and safe environment to explore any thoughts, feelings and beliefs you may be struggling with and can help you understand the root cause of what is troubling you, helping to build confidence, self-awareness and resilience for the future.
Rose and Jazz offer face to face sessions with notice at a specified member venue or nearby agreed location (maximum of 6 individual client sessions in one day), in addition to online counselling. Single session to short, medium and long-term therapy available.
