Venue Henley and the Greenlands Hotel is set within the 30-acre Henley Business School estate in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside, alongside the River Thames. The magnificent Grade II Listed Building is owned by the University of Reading and steeped in history, offering a range of flexible capacities and facilities along with a 100-bed hotel.

Venue Henley offers all year-round conference, meeting, and private function spaces where clients can host a multitude of events from small to large meetings, corporate entertainment, product launches, team building activities, and much more. There are 11 good sized conference rooms and 40 further meeting rooms situated in the main house and the adjacent River House.

Each meeting space is fitted with modern conferencing technology and complemented by a highly skilled on-site support team and dedicated business centre.

The beautiful riverside venue with a view offers delegates the chance to take in some fresh air during the conference or the opportunity to utilise the space for team building activities/breakout space.

Situated just 40 minutes by taxi from Heathrow Airport, on the outskirts of Henley-on-Thames, the venue is easily accessed from the M4, M25 and M40 and offers complimentary secure on-site parking for up to 200 vehicles. There are also regular rail links into the town with a five minute taxi transfer to the venue.
