The Midlands Study Tour will include visits to 7 different member venues in just 36hrs.

Creating a unique journey of discovery to experience venues both “through the customer lens” and “behind the scenes” opening our eyes to embrace new ideas and exciting opportunities.

These tours should provide valuable insights for all attendees whether they are new to the hospitality industry or experienced team members.

We aim to take peer to peer learning to the next level using this initiative whilst creating an enjoyable experience for everyone involved.  A great way to enhance your staff development programme.
