The Form Rooms is a historic Victorian school lovingly restored and beautifully transformed to create a new event and meeting space. The Form Rooms is a Grade Two Listed Building located on a quiet street in London’s chic Covent Garden. It’s well connected via the mainline station at Charing Cross and three main underground stops: Leicester Square, Tottenham Court Road, Covent Garden.

At The Form Rooms, we offer a range of event and meeting rooms, carefully designed to inspire interaction, creativity and learning. Our ground floor, basement, orangery and courtyard areas are the perfect hub for seminars, collaboration or celebration, product launches, whether you need a plush boardroom, a theatre-style room for 70, a series of breakout rooms or a casual space for some networking drinks.

Our team is on hand to make sure your events go without a hitch. Our experienced Events Co-ordinators are like your prefects, your go-to people on the day to manage catering and logistical issues, and they are trained in creating bespoke AV solutions for your events. Whether you are looking for a telephone conference, audio conference, or hybrid video conference set up, our team will work with you to ensure our integrated AV system is all set up to meet your needs.

The standard AV package is available in all meeting rooms, and bespoke hybrid solutions are available upon request.  Our events team will work with you to meet your requirements and ensure your event runs smoothly.

• Accessibility and sustainability are very important to us, and we take it very seriously, while adhering to the constraints of a listed building:
• We make sure everyone is welcome. We have a lift and step-free access to all meeting rooms, accessible toilets, a hearing-impaired loop system and dimmable lights.
• We’re five minutes three London Underground Stations and encourage our team and our attendees to travel via public transport or on foot.
• We serve still and sparkling water in jugs, with zero packaging waste.
• To avoid unnecessary waste, we provide flipcharts, pens and, pads only on request, and our pens and pads are made of recycled material.
• Many of our meeting rooms have natural daylight. Where artificial light is needed, we use LED lights with cut-out sensors. Every single room has an individual control panel for the heating system so that we can switch it on only when and where is needed.
